Set Your Sails for Success
On Course to Excellence is a total learning environment that provides a first hand look at how you operate as a team. Just as in business, while sailing, you learn how to plot a course, set your sails to get underway, work as a team to overcome obstacles, and balance strategy with tactics. Communication and planning are critical, and dovetail into developing actionable plans back at work.
These sessions range from a half day to 5 days in length and require no sailing experience. While most of these programs are conducted at offshore locations, inland lakes and waterways can be equally as effective. Each session is custom designed and may include multiple boats, land-based activities, classroom sessions, or other possible program components.
